Truck safety inspection — checklist
Select one status for each applicable item: Satisfactory, Defect or N/A. Complete all applicable checks and mark any non-conformities as defects.
Tyre, wheel & brake measurements
Record tread depth in mm and tyre pressure in PSI or bar for each tyre position. For twin wheels, record inner and outer tyres separately. Brake lining remaining is recorded for each wheel end.
